Steve Li is an experienced Acupuncturist and the current Director of Operations of Tzu Chi Clinic. Steve is passionate about helping people attain balance in their life, and utilizes a variety of modalities such as Tung’s Acupuncture, 5-element needling, and manual therapy to help relieve his patients’ ailments and achieve their ideal state of health. Steve has a special focus in bodily pain and repetitive strain injuries; he has successfully treated over 500 cases of pain in the knees, shoulders, and back over the past three years.

When it comes to treatment, Steve takes a highly patient-focused approach. He recognizes the importance of respecting the differences in each patient’s body and mental state, and aims to make lasting improvements during the time he spends with them.

Steve graduated from the University of Toronto with the intention of pursuing law and business; however, his interests and passions eventually led him to the healthcare industry. As he explored the medical system, he saw a need for an effective alternative method of pain management and treatment, which led him to practice and promote Traditional Chinese Medicine. Steve began his studies at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and completed them at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy. Steve is now proud to be part of the Tzu Chi Clinic, and aims to build a strong team for the benefit of patients in need and the betterment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Canada.
