Here at Tzu Chi Clinic, we strive to give you the quality health care you need in an environment you trust. Here’s what we’re doing to give you peace of mind during your visit:
We’re screening everyone who’s coming to the clinic, both prior to and upon arrival—practitioners, staff, and visitors alike.
We’re staggering our appointment times to minimize your chances of coming in contact with people unnecessarily.
We’re enforcing the use of PPE (personal protective equipment) at all times by everyone inside the clinic.
We’re cleaning all surfaces and areas between every patient visit.
To keep everyone safe, we need to do things a little bit differently than we used to. Please take note of—and adhere to—the following procedures:
1. Please wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times while on the premises. Your mask should only be removed inside your treatment room if explicitly asked to by your practitioner.
2. Please wear a comfortable, loose-fitting outfit to your appointment so you can receive treatment without having to remove your clothing or change into a gown.
3. Please arrive for your appointment on time — not early, and not late. This will minimize both your wait time and your chances of coming into contact with people unnecessarily.
